Restricted items (those items that may be shipped with prior permission under certain conditions). Some commonly restricted items are:

Please remember that carriers’ Restricted and Prohibited item lists are unique! in other words, an item restricted by one carrier may be prohibited by another. (This is why you see Tobacco and Seeds are in both categories above)
